Join us this summer for our Conformation Tune-Up Classes! We will be offering four individual classes throughout the summer leading up to the major conformation shows hosted in Minnesota. These classes are designed to help handlers and dogs sharpen their ring skills, improve presentation, and build confidence before stepping into competition. Whether you are new to conformation or looking for a final polish before show weekend, these classes are a great opportunity to practice gaiting, stacking, ring procedures, and overall teamwork in a supportive environment. Please register at least two days in advance for each class you wish to attend. We look forward to helping you and your dog prepare for a successful show season!

Our Policy
To ensure a safe, respectful, and positive environment for all participants, please follow these guidelines: Facility Etiquette Smoking is not permitted inside the training facility. Please do not disturb classes in progress. Be courteous during class. Observers must remain quiet and out of the way. Objectionable or offensive language is not allowed. Children must be supervised at all times by an adult who is not training a dog. Participants must be at least 12 years old or accompanied by an adult. Dog Care & Safety Dogs must be taken to the designated “potty area” before class. Owners are responsible for promptly cleaning up after their dogs. Dogs may not urinate or defecate on equipment, buildings, or other property. Proof of vaccination (rabies, distemper, and parvovirus) is required before attending class. Dogs with fleas are not permitted in the facility. Female dogs in heat may attend class only if wearing protective pants. If you bring more than one dog, any unattended dog must be crated. Electronic collars (e-collars/shock collars) are not allowed in class. Hitting, kicking, or otherwise striking a dog with hands, feet, or leashes is strictly prohibited. Any dog posing a danger to people or other dogs may be excused from the facility. Please see our policy on Recognizing and Responding to Aggressive Behavior. Classes and Registration Canine Connection Brainerd Kennel Club does not offer refunds if a participant misses a class. Refunds for an entire class will only be issued with Board approval. If a class is canceled due to inclement weather or instructor illness, a make-up class will be scheduled.
